***New Appointment Booking Option Available from 1st September 2025***
From 1st September 2025, between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm, patients will be able to request appointments for ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS ONLY via a new method online called “SystmConnect”.
By clicking on SystmConnect above you will be directed to a questionnaire that will then provide you with appropriate health advice or generate an appointment with an appropriate clinician at the surgery.
We hope that this will improve the patient experience for those digitally enabled to book routine appointments and at the same time free up capacity for our reception team to deal with urgent on the day matters.
To reiterate this is NOT for urgent on the day appointment requests, they will continue to be dealt with via telephoning our reception or coming to reception in person.
