From 1 April 2026, due to contractual changes, there will be amendments to the online booking process for GP appointments. As a result, all online appointment requests must be submitted via SystmConnect, which can be accessed through the practice website at www.swadlincotesurgery.co.uk. Please note that GP appointments will no longer be available to book online via SystmOnline; all requests will be managed exclusively through SystmConnect.
