Suggestions, Comments and Complaints
We always try to provide a service to our patients that meets their needs and expectations. Tell us what we do best, where we don’t meet expectations, or any ideas and suggestions you may have by completing our friends and family test. You can also leave a review.
We understand that sometimes, a patient may feel that something has gone wrong or their experience has not matched those expectations. At this time, they may wish to make a complaint. Many issues can be resolved there and then but some patients may wish to make a more formal approach to the surgery. We take all complaints seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the practice manager, Simon Richichi. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.
